Attached below is the proceeding template for paper submission of National Undergraduate Research Conference on Computer & Information Sciences

 The paper submission deadline is on 30 June 2021

Use the following step-by-step instruction to guide Final Year undergraduates through the paper submission process. 

  1. Register as EasyChair member 

  To submit paper(s), you are required to have EasyChair account. You can create an account through this link:

  

  2. Register the Full Paper 

  Submission at this link    

 

 

3. Upload the Full Paper 

  Follow the instructions sent via email to upload your full paper in PDF format. You should receive an email notification upon successful upload. 

  4. Final Paper Requirement 

  The Full Paper should be four (4) to six (6) pages long, including title, author’s names, affiliations and e-mail addresses is requested. The abstract should consist of a brief introduction, rationale, approach/methodology, results/expected findings of the work undertaken and a list of key references. Full Paper must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Please refer to Important Dates page for notification of acceptance date. 

  5. Paper Format 

  Each paper must be prepared in A4 size according to given format. Download as MS-Word DOC.

A word of reminder: 

Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that they will be there to present the papers at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference, in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation.
